ABOUT ME

Hello! Thank you for making your way to my blog page. Let me provide a short introduction... My name is Sara Roberts, and I am a freelance graphic designer.

There have been many moments where I have doubted (or even run from) my purpose in life, but there is no denying that it is to follow Jesus and utilize the gifts he has provided me to glorify His name. This page has been started as an attempt to gather in one place all of my creative attempts over the years and in the future… progress may or may not be perceived, but rest assured… it is there.

A good initial question to ask concerning this blog, and about myself, is the name. For several years I have been at a battle of sorts with social media… on one hand, I see countless benefits. One of these is our ability to connect with people on a level that just 60 years ago (perhaps even less) would have been considered unthinkable. I constantly stumble onto the accounts of forgotten friends who I would have otherwise never thought about, let alone had the opportunity to instantaneously converse with again.

On the other hand, the number of ‘breaks’ I have found myself in need of, whether it be from social media or technology in general, has steadily risen. There is a new addiction in town, and social media plays a massive role. In addition to these addictive properties, the false realities we have created in our profiles have proven detrimental for mental health. People tend to only share with the world their ‘best moments’, resulting in a game of comparison that leaves most users feeling down, inadequate, and often jealous.

Through ‘All the Moments’, I not only would love to showcase my work and creative side, but I also want to offer the best and the worst moments where I have learned something worth sharing. It’s time to put real life back onto social media. I hope those who read this blog are not only interested to learn more about me and my creative abilities but are also open to hear how the Lord has shown up in my life.
